Shipping Delays

SmokeKiss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
