All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because you changed your mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong shade or style
• Deciding that you no longer want the product
• Changing your mind after placing an order
• Finding the product is not what you expected
• Ordering multiple products and deciding you do not need them
• Choosing the wrong product by mistake

Please carefully review your order before submitting your purchase.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Because our products are intended for personal use, we cannot accept opened or used products for resale.

If you are unsure about a product, shade, or design before purchasing, please contact us at smokekiss1@outlook.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have before you place your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during fulfillment or shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at smokekiss1@outlook.com.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video showing the damage or incorrect item
• Photographs of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

We will review the situation and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Submitting photos does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or other compensation. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

Damaged Packaging

If your package appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please take photographs of the package before opening it whenever possible. This documentation may be required when we investigate a shipping-related issue.

Damage caused by normal handling after delivery, improper storage, misuse, or accidental damage is not considered a product defect.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match the item listed on your order confirmation, please contact us at smokekiss1@outlook.com promptly.

Please do not use or alter the item while we review the issue. We may request photographs or other information to verify the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact smokekiss1@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed to be approved.

Returns

We do not accept standard returns or exchanges. Products cannot be returned simply because you no longer want them, selected the wrong item, or changed your mind.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases, and all sales are final.

If an order has been approved for a refund due to an eligible issue, we will provide further instructions regarding the refund process. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
